Kaizen Ventures provides technical support to eligible support contacts within the client’s organization. Standard support is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with options for extended coverage available for additional fees. Client eligible contacts (i.e., individuals authorized to call Technical support) are required to complete product training (where applicable) prior to being registered as a contact.

 

Please have your Support Contract Number and relevant software licensing information ready when you call the helpdesk.
